Episode 300 - The Victim

It feels like an unbelievable landmark, but The Fear of God Podcast has reached episode 300. After 6 1/2 years of "not the end of the conversation", we're taking things back to a very, very early beginning.

THE VICTIM, written and directed by Michael Biehn, is a grindhouse-flavored suspense thriller where every character has something to hide and no one quite knows who to trust. It's made in the tradition of drive-in mayhem, full of sex and drugs and violence. And its original story was written by none other than the FoG's Reed Lackey.

So in this, our 300th episode, a collection of FoG staffers examine The Victim, a film oft-mentioned only in hushed allusions on the show previously, with fresh eyes. They then invite Reed on as a guest (instead of a host) to share stories and insights about how it came to be, the creative process, and the funny ways pretty incredible things can happen down the least likely of paths.

Capping it all off, our group celebrates year's end by looking backwards and forwards as we celebrate our favorite movie and podcast moments of the year and share our hopes for what's to come.

We want to thank you for spend all these countless hours with us, and raise a glass to what we hope will be many, many more. We hope you enjoy this 300th episode spectacular, and thank you all again for our wonderful FoG community.
