The Blackcoat's Daughter

We're continuing our year-end series of films which are otherwise unrelated, but were curated by our FoGgoween guests: #foggoweeners. This week's stop is the moody and bleak film from Oz Perkins, THE BLACKCOAT'S DAUGHTER. Featuring a patient and methodical approach to an incredibly creepy story, Blackcoat's Daughter presents a haunting portrait of the extents to which we'll go to try to recapture the things which once brought us comfort, no matter how dreadful the actions are that we take to pursue them.

Also featuring the return of Stump Reed on the Patron-only segment, this is a hearty and thoughtful discussion we believe you'll really enjoy.
