Saint Maud

We have a really scary one for you today. As part of our series looking back at films released last year, we visit the dreadful and powerful film SAINT MAUD, written and directed by Rose Glass. When Maud, a hospice nurse, becomes convinced that God wants her to save her patient's soul at all costs, things grow horrific very quickly. We, reluctantly, dive into the film's incredible horrors, while examining what the film can teach us about our own compulsion to try to save others, often at the risk of losing ourselves in the process.

It's a thoughtful and hearty conversation this week and we hope you enjoy it!
