Episode 206: Alien: Covenant

It's time for more face-hugging here at the show as this week's installment of #20/20/2020 brings us your top ten favorite horror films of 2017 and a full discussion of Ridley Scott's SIXTH entry in the benchmark sci-fi horror franchise -- ALIEN: COVENANT.

While this film certainly isn't the strongest entry in the Alien saga, and a recent viewing of Prometheus causes Reed to be even more critical of Covenant, there are still lots of fun things to latch onto, including a remarkably heartfelt conversation about the temptation and the burden of perfection, and what it truly means and doesn't mean when Jesus compels his followers to "Be perfect."
